This interactive training workshop enables participants to learn and practice crucial conversations including setting clear expectations and goals, providing positive, motivational feedback, delivering opportunity for improvement feedback and interactive coaching.
This workshop will support participant’s ability to:
- Clearly set expectations and goals
- Conduct effective coaching and feedback discussions
- Deliver both positive and constructive feedback
This course will cover such topics as:
- Performance Management Cycle
- Goal and Expectation Setting Conversations and Frameworks
- Balancing the Feedback Message
- Common Reactions to Feedback
- Curbstone Coaching Model and Practice
- Positive and Constructive Feedback
- AID Feedback Model and Practice
- Key Learnings Action Plan
Who Should Enroll
Anyone who provides coaching and feedback to others in the workplace including those in management positions including project managers, and those who provide peer feedback.
