Behavioral Based Interviewing

This session gives participants hands-on practice applying Behavior-Based Interviewing principles and tools so they can develop and ask effective behavioral questions, conduct interactive interviews, and, if needed, participate in a team-based interviewing process.

Curriculum

This session is intended to provide participants with an opportunity to practice and apply BBI principles and tools. Participants will practice conducting interviews. A team based interviewing methodology can be included if requested.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Utilize proven Behavior Based Interviewing techniques to interview job candidates
Select and write appropriate Behavioral Based interview questions based on the job description, position requirements, required capabilities, and candidate experience
Conduct interactive Behavioral Based Interviews
Participate in the team structured interview process (if applicable)
