This program experience is designed to get teams working and communicating at the highest levels through interactive, experiential (learn by doing) team challenges coupled with in depth reflective debriefs.
This course will help you master effective communication, collaborative problem solving, interdepartmental coordination, and managing change in work environments.
This program is designed to:
- Encourage and assist in building cross-team collaboration
- Cultivate a sense of genuine trust, accountability and community within the workplace
- Develop the innovation necessary to thrive in a modern, diverse work environment
- Expand leadership skills through experientially-based, problem-solving techniques that help teams make real connections that can be brought back to your work environment.
The course is a high energy, interactive class that has everyone working together.
This course follows a “challenge by choice” model, ensuring everyone participates in ways that maintain physical and emotional safety while supporting personal and professional growth.

Who Should Enroll
Anyone working in a team, as a manager or individual would benefit from building teamwork skills. Come as a team or individually. Everyone is welcome, you do not need to be a manager or supervisor to attend.

Mr. Jim Gayeski
Jim Gayeski, owner of Cornerstone NY, and his team of high-skilled facilitators have over 20 years of popular designs and enthusiastic facilitation for company meetings and team building events. Jim works with many local companies offering experimental-based programming which is engaging, builds trust, enhances effective communication, and promotes shared leadership in a fun and safe environment.
