Details
Curriculum
AI and analytics can be useful tools in shaping HR strategy at any organization, regardless of the number of employees or the size of the HR team. In this course for HR professionals, learn how to use data, analytics and AI to answer the questions leaders ask about predicting turnover, ROI of HR programs and employee engagement. Learn to use different types of data (e.g. surveys, focus groups, employee records, etc.) and leverage generative AI tools to enhance your ability to identify key insights. Translate insights into actions and measure the impact on employees’ engagement, retention and productivity. Use generative AI to assist in developing compelling stories that help get leaders on board with the HR strategy. Examine the critical role of AI in shaping HR processes and build the change management techniques needed to ensure real AI adoption across the organization. Transform the way HR works and build a strategy that works today and in the future.
Who Should Enroll
The course is aimed at mid-level HR professionals, especially those in roles where they directly support the business (e.g. HR business partners). However, any HR professional, whether as the sole practitioner or a member of a larger team, can benefit from this course as the focus is on weaving data and analytics into their ongoing work.
