This course builds participants’ skills in giving effective feedback, applying coaching techniques on the job, and creating action plans to boost productivity.

Curriculum
This course supports participants ability to:
- Conduct an effective feedback discussion with employees
- Incorporate coaching skills into the workplace
- Implement an action plan to increase productivity through improved coaching and feedback
Instructor led with a focus on participant involvement. Includes presentation of materials, discussion, practice workshops and action planning to identify ways to incorporate the new skills in the workplace.
Who Should Enroll
This course is intended for managers / supervisors who want to improve their skills in the area of Performance Management to motivate and encourage employees through effective goal and expectations setting, coaching and feedback techniques and evaluation and review discussions.
