Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
WIOA Eligible
The Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate Program provides foundational training in the principles and tools of the Six Sigma methodology. This course introduces key concepts such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and basic statistical thinking.

Curriculum
Participants will gain practical skills for identifying process inefficiencies, participating in problem-solving teams, and supporting data-driven decision making. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to contribute effectively to improvement projects and communicate using the language of Six Sigma.
Program Outcomes:
· Describe the Six Sigma philosophy
· Describe the phases of the problem-solving methodology (i.e., DMAIC) of Six Sigma
· Identify the basic improvement tools used in DMAIC.
· Support the implementation and control of process improvements
Who Should Enroll
This course is designed for working professionals who are new to process improvement or work in support roles within larger Six Sigma initiatives.

One of the founders and principals of Vizibility LLC will lead this workshop. Vizibility LLC is a management consulting firm focused on strategic planning, performance improvement, and project management in manufacturing and service businesses. The principals of Vizibility LLC have over 50 years combined industry experience, over 30 years teaching experience in public and private universities, and have held director-level positions in Operations & Supply Chain Management, Strategic Planning, and Process Improvement.
