Successful Negotiations
This course will help participants to become more effective negotiators by providing them with the necessary skills, concepts and techniques to prepare for, conduct and follow-up to successful negotiations.

Curriculum
This program covers the four recognized negotiating styles and the implication of these styles in a negotiation setting. Participants will learn how to plan for a negotiation, conduct a well-organized session and follow-up to solidify success. A negotiation simulation will be conducted. Participants will also practice how to deal with difficult negotiators.
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Plan for and conduct a negotiation session
- Follow-up to a negotiation session to assure success
- Describe and operate within the four recognized negotiating styles
- Utilize the six functions of a face-to-face negotiation
- Deal effectively with a difficult negotiator
Who Should Enroll
This course is for individuals responsible for negotiating with others on a variety of levels.

Ms. Gina Ohanesian
